The Mountain House on Lake Glenville - Lakefront

The house was amazing. It had everything we needed and the location was splendid. The kitchen was well stocked, there was a canoe, kayak, and paddle board to enjoy on the lake. There were fishing rods as well. Lake Glenville is beautiful and relaxing. The house being situated in a cove that was usually quiet which provided plenty of opportunity to relax. There was plenty to do in the surrounding area when we wanted to go out and explore. I would highly recommend this house.

We really enjoyed out stay at the house! The three levels really makes everyone feel like they have their own space without being too spread out. The kids loved the upstairs loft with the 4 twin beds! The house is fully stocked with everything you need - we loved the large pantry for food storage and the extra fridge! The outside balcony with the large dining table was perfect for the beautiful weather and was like an additional room. The dock was great and useful as we rented a pontoon boat but make sure to wear shoes on the dock - everyone got splinters when walking on it, ouch! There was a slight problem with the plumbing but the property manager handled the issue quickly and efficiently - getting a plumber out right away and kept me in constant communication. We would definitely recommend this property and hope to be back one day!

Beautiful lakefront property with all the amenities. You can't go wrong with this property!

This house/cabin has it all. Very pretty location. Slept 10 of us well. We aren’t used to driving narrow, hilly roads, so we may bring a smaller vehicle next time, but we got used to it when we left the house to explore some shops in Cashiers. Good time spent at this lake house!

This property was great for my friends and I to stay during a wedding weekend in Cashiers. The property was clean, check in process was simple, and we had plenty of room for everyone. The mountain roads to get to the property may be treacherous for some drivers, but we had no issues since most guests were from the mountains. Would highly recommend this property!
